Barrass Whiting LLP is a specialist employment law practice, and in the majority of cases employment law issues are self-contained and there is no need for any input from lawyers who specialise in another area of law.

However, we understand that from time to time clients may want us to work in conjunction with other lawyers on a particular case or transaction which involves employment law issues. Our experience tells us that clients value strong personal relationships with their trusted legal advisers more than the particular firm at which they work. We have many clients who prefer to instruct us for their employment work whilst using different firms for their other legal needs. We also recognise that clients sometimes need the services of a professional specialising in another area of law but may not currently have an adviser in that field.
