Here's what we can offer
Our extensive experience
Each partner has advised clients about their employment law issues for more than 20 years. We have both been consistently ranked by independent industry guides as ‘leaders in the field of employment law’ for many years. If you have an employment law question or problem, we will have helped resolve similar issues many times before.
We listen
Before we advise we take the time to understand your objectives, your ideal outcome and your attitude to risk. All clients are different. Your aims are at the forefront of the advice we give.
Our practical approach
We know the law, but we won’t advise you like a talking textbook. Instead, we focus on explaining your options and the pros and cons of each for you or your business. When you’ve decided which option you want to take, we’ll give practical advice about the next steps and support you through the process.
We're responsive
We know advice is often needed very quickly, and we make sure we are on hand when you need us.
Our fees
Like any business we have to charge for our services, but we’re not motivated by hitting an imposed profit target. Our rates are reasonable, and we’re completely up front and transparent about our fees. We make sure there are no nasty surprises, and we’re happy to agree a fixed fee in advance.
Clients’ confidence and trust
We’ve been fortunate enough to work with many of our clients (from large national and regional employers through to lots of smaller growing businesses) for years, and these clients continue instructing us. We also regularly receive new clients (both business and personal) through recommendations from others we have helped.
