We’re not actively recruiting at present, but we’re always open to conversations with talented people who can help us deliver a great service to our clients and share our approach to legal services.
So, what is our approach? In short, it’s all about helping the client. Everything else comes second.
Although we’re experts in employment law we don’t believe our clients want us to be a talking textbook. Our job is to take the time to understand our client’s needs, clarify their desired outcome and provide clear and practical advice. When the client has made a decision about their preferred way forward, we then need to be responsive and deliver any further work required within the desired timeframe.
We’re a flexible firm to work for and if you want to work with us there’s no need for you to be full-time or in the office every day. Part-time and home working arrangements are fine with us – so long as they don’t get in the way of us providing a great service to our clients.
Although we work hard we don’t take ourselves too seriously, and we like to think we’re down to earth, approachable and friendly.
